Breaking News: New Green Bay Packers RB faces threats from gangs…

The Green Bay Packers made a significant move in the offseason by securing a long-term deal with Josh Jacobs, joining Jordan Love and his teammates for the upcoming season. Jacobs has also voiced his displeasure with his former team, criticizing their lackluster culture.

Jacobs, an exceptional talent from the University of Alabama, was initially picked by the Las Vegas Raiders in the first round (24th overall) of the 2019 NFL Draft. Throughout his five seasons with the Raiders, Jacobs had a major influence, appearing in 73 games and starting in 72 of them.

He accumulated an impressive 5,545 rushing yards on 1,305 carries, with an average of 4.2 yards per attempt, and scored 46 touchdowns. Additionally, he demonstrated his versatility by catching 197 passes for 1,448 yards.

The running back’s accomplishments include the postseason, where he started in the only playoff game he played. In that game, he showcased his talent with 83 rushing yards on 13 carries, averaging a remarkable 6.4 yards per attempt, and also contributed with four receptions for 44 yards.

Consistently delivering exceptional performances, the new Green Bay Packers star ranked among the league’s top five players in several categories from 2019 to 2023. These categories include rushing yards, rushing touchdowns, rushing first downs, yards from scrimmage, and 10-plus-yard runs. Remarkably, he is the only running back to have exceeded 1,100 yards from scrimmage and scored six or more scrimmage touchdowns in each of the past five seasons.

Even before his first game with the Packers, Josh is already enthusiastic about joining the organization. He also voiced his frustration with the Raiders in a video shared on X by Green Light with Chris Long.

It’s still unclear which veteran approached Jacobs to discuss losing in the NFL. Regardless, that moment left a negative impression on the running back, making his transition to Green Bay even more welcome.

Jacobs’ performance as the Packers’ new running back will be revealed once the season begins. One thing is certain: he will value the winning culture being fostered in Green Bay by head coach Matt LaFleur and Jordan Love.
