The New York Giants will face their NFC East rivals, the Dallas Cowboys, on Thursday, September 26, in a highly anticipated “Thursday Night Football” showdown. Coming off their first win against the Browns on September 22, rookie wide receiver Malik Nabers had a standout performance with eight receptions for 78 yards and two touchdowns.
With that momentum, Nabers is ready for the Cowboys game, though he acknowledges a past social media feud with Cowboys cornerback Trevon Diggs from June. Nabers answered politely when asked about the beef, saying, “I do not really want to talk about it right now. It is time to start playing.”

In an earlier interview, Nabers said he usually avoids trash talk during games but that he is ready to react if someone provokes him. He was thrilled to take on Diggs, who had recently commented on the Giants’ difficulties back in June.

Selected sixth overall in the 2024 NFL Draft, Nabers has already tallied 23 receptions for 271 yards and three touchdowns in his first three games. He also praised Giants quarterback Daniel Jones for his work ethic and joked that Jones should keep his beard to maintain a tough appearance.
