Jevon Carter played a key role off the bench for the Bulls this season, contributing to their clinching of the ninth seed in the playoffs. They are set to face the Hawks in the Eastern Conference play-in game.

While Carter didn’t consistently play major minutes, he often provided the Bulls with a boost both offensively and defensively when coming off the bench. He averaged five points, 1.3 assists, and 0.5 steals in 13.9 minutes per game. As a seasoned guard, Carter has an opportunity to make a significant impact in the upcoming NBA playoffs, which is the pinnacle of basketball competition.

During his college career at West Virginia University from 2014 to 2018, Carter started 112 games at point guard. He played a pivotal role in the team’s success, contributing to 105 wins during his tenure in Morgantown. In his senior year, Carter put up impressive averages of 17.3 points, 6.6 assists, 4.6 rebounds, and three steals per game. He was selected by the Memphis Grizzlies in the second round of the 2018 NBA draft.

Carter has moved around quite a bit in his professional career, having played for seven different teams before joining the Bulls for the 2023 season.
